A little bit of quirky is right up our retail street at Ovation PR so being asked to get ourselves suited and booted ready for the launch of the first ever stand-alone Ted Baker Menswear store was just our kind of gig.
The task was three-fold. Launch a top-tier brand campaign, create a media / consumer event and drive product awareness. This is how it went.
Ovation PR devised a high-tea and grooming experience at the Grosvenor House Hotel attended by the who’s who of media, followed by a consumer in-store collection preview. Media interviews and features were secured, and supporting press releases distributed. In five months Ovation PR had secured. 200+ placements in leading UAE fashion & lifestyle titles, 40+ top tier media visiting the store and 40+ stand-alone menswear collection placements in leading publications.
Ted Baker had achieved the coveted position of most prominent editorial-placed retail brand in the UAE media.
